Comprehensive Plan
Developing a Blueprint for Future Needs
The Laramie Comprehensive Plan was developed with the dedicated efforts of the Citizen’s Project Advisory Team, citizens, citizen groups, and City and Planning Department staff. The Comprehensive Plan is a policy document that will serve as a blueprint for the future development of the City.

The Laramie Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Laramie Planning Commission on June 13, 2007, and the Laramie City Council on August 21, 2007. Pursuant to Wyoming State Statutes, the Albany County Planning and Zoning Commission and the Albany County Board of Commissioners agreed with the plan on May 17, 2007 and June 5, 2007, respectively. The Laramie Comprehensive Plan replaces the 1995 Land Use Element. Acknowledgments
