Meetings
The Laramie Advisory Commission on Disabilities meets quarterly. Meetings are to be the 1st Thursday of January, February, June and September.  Please view the City calendar to confirm when the next meeting is scheduled.  Meetings are held in the Carnegie Building, 405 Grand Avenue.  The accessible entrance is on the west side of the building, off of 4th Street.

Responsibilities
The Laramie Advisory Commission on Disabilities is responsible for:

• Reviewing disabled accessibility with Laramie City, Albany County, and joint powers facilities
• Promoting public awareness on disabled accessibility and employment issues
• Serving as a grievance board for issues concerning City structures and program administration as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
• Working with coordinators to develop a transition plan to remedy problems identified through grievance procedures and/or self-evaluation plans
