                                     EFFECTIVE DATE JULY 1, 2010

The Unified Development Code (UDC) (Attachment A to Enrolled Ordinance No. 1578) was adopted by the City Council on March 2, 2010 with an effective date of July 1, 2010. 

Please see subsection 15.02.060.D (Page 3 of Chapter 15.02) of the development code to see how any pending or recently approved projects are affected.

Chapter 15.02
General Provisions

This chapter establishes general applicability, general rules of interpretation, and severability of the UDC.

This chapter details review procedures and approval criteria for development applications.    

   

Chapter 15.08
Zone Districts

This chapter establishes zone districts and overlay districts, development standards, district-specific regulations and use standards.

   

Chapter 15.10
Use Regulations

This chapter details what uses are permitted in what districts (Uses Table) and sets additional standards for specific uses such as accessory uses and structures, home occupations, outdoor display and sales, and temporary uses, as well as other uses.

This chapter details adopted national codes for building construction. This includes, but is not limited to, the International Building Code, International Fire Code, Uniform Plumbing Code and the National Electrical Code.

Enforcement

This chapter establishes procedures through which the City seeks to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Title and obtain corrections for violations of this Title. The chapter also sets forth the remedies and penalties that apply to violations of this Title.
